OCI CONTINUES TO LEAD IN LEAN ENGINEERING, PROCESS MAPPING, ANALYSIS, AND IMPROVEMENTS

Operations Concepts, Inc. (OCI) secures
another contract from a major pharmaceutical drug manufacturer to develop ‘Visual’
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for its manufacturing processes. The client
has also asked OCI to train the operators introducing ‘Process Ownership’ on
the manufacturing floor.
